Create Incredible Gaming Intros That Your Fans Will Rave About Note that two of the mounting screw holes for the lower fan are blocked off by the side panel. 80mm fans cannot be mounted in either of the two perforated backplane areas. The new design has two smaller fan mounting areas (shown here). and room for two side by side 80mm fans above the power supply. This newer design is very nicely finished but has a different ventilation setup which (alas!) IMHO results in a hotter system. Update: I bought a second IW-Q500 in September 2000 which has now been changed to the IW-Q500N. There is no fan whine, but the low sound of rushing air is quite audible. I get a typical case temperature rise of 6 to 8 degrees C over ambient. I also I put two 80mm fans to exhaust from the top back of the case and one 80mm fan to draw in from the bottom front. One to blow on the video card heatsink, and one to draw air in and across six hard drives. I installed two Turbo Fans from Radio Shack. In the top of the back of the case are generous ventillation perforations. The front plastic piece is perforated for air access and several sets of perforations are present in the metal portions of the front. Perforation for ventillation are along the bottom quarter of both side panels, as well as sides and back of the top panel. The clearance is also a nice place to route wires. The motherboard rides in two tracks has an inch of clearance on the back side and holes in the steel help ventilate the motherboard. No rail mountings but lots of convient holes. There are a total of one external 3.5", five external 5.25" and four internal 3.5" bays. The front piece cannot be removed if the side panels are secured. The front piece of molded plastic fits well and comes off to give access to the middle five 5.5" drive bays. A tab is provided on the back to allow addition of a padlock to secure the top cover in place which in turn secures the side covers which in turn secure the motherboard drawer. The Top piece locks in the the side panels which in turn lock in the motherboard drawer. Both side panel open, top slides off and the mother board tray can be pulled out the back. The width is fairly generous but would prefer just a bit more like that of the 8.1" wide Antec 1080B. The case is 24.5" tall, 17" deep, and 7.5" wide. In-Win IW-Q500A full tower ATX case (as seen here) with an Antec True430 430W ATX12V certified power supply. To figure out what’s going on with a connection issue, we need to make sure we’re really looking at a connection problem, and then what type of connection problem it is. Things like jitter and packet loss can also cause what we describe as “lag” too. High latency does cause lag, but it’s not the only possible cause of it. Latency is a measure of how long it takes a packet of data sent from your game to reach our servers. Increasing your refresh rate to be more in line with what your monitor can handle can mean a clearer picture and less screen tearing when you have vsync disabled.īelieve it or not, latency and lag are not the same thing. If you’re seeing a refresh rate warning, it often means that you’ve limited your refresh rate in-game to something other than what the server is set at (for example, you’re capped at 60hz and playing on a 120hz server). If you’re using DirectX Ray Tracing (DXR) in-game, you may want to check out this article for more information on how enabling DXR can affect your graphics performance in-game. The game may not look as pretty, but it should play a lot more smoothly. Try reducing some of your video settings to combat this. If either your GPU or CPU are below recommended specs, you may really feel it when you’re playing. It also uses your graphics card’s dedicated memory (VRAM) when rendering images. The Frostbite engine relies on your main processor (CPU) and your graphics card’s processor (GPU). This happens when your system is under stress and can’t serve up the number of Frames Per Second (FPS) it needs to. Sometimes when there is a lot of on-screen action and effects, a system that’s close to the minimum specs may have problems rendering everything and you can end up feeling like you’re watching a slideshow more than playing a game. Low FPS sometimes gets called “lag”, but it’s rarely anything to do with your connection. You’ll see this indicator on-screen when the game senses your system is straining to keep up with the pace graphically.Īn orange warning advises you to lower your graphics settings for a better play experience.Ī red one lets you know that your settings are seriously affecting your gameplay. High jitter means a frustratingly inconsistent game experience, you may see rubberbanding, input lag spikes, and related problems that feel all the more frustrating for their apparent randomness. You’ll see an orange warning here if there is an 8-19ms difference in your latency over time, and a red one once that difference hits 20ms or above. This measures the jitter on your connection to our servers, and it’s a real flag for an unstable connection. Latency can be a matter of distance from servers, or if you live near the server you’re connecting to it can point to a problem with your connection. If your latency goes over 200ms, you’re potentially looking at being disconnected, so the warning will go red at that point. That’s when we’ll give you an orange warning. If you have high latency when connecting to our servers, you’ll feel delays in everything that you do, especially when your latency edges over the 90ms mark. If you’re on PC, you can run a UO Trace to pinpoint where the packet loss is happening. If you live in an apartment building it could be a crowded wireless channel, or there could be something nearby (a microwave or a smart device) that’s interfering with your wireless signal.įor wired connections, packet loss often points to an issue with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or with another ISP that they partner with to route their internet traffic. Packet loss can happen on wireless connections when there’s interference. Packet loss shows up more severely in gaming than it does in things like video streaming or internet browsing, mostly because there’s no caching or buffering in-game to counteract it. What you’ll see with packet loss is what most players refer to as input lag - keystrokes or button presses that don’t register properly in-game (mostly because they’re not all making it through to us). You’ll see an orange warning from 2-4% packet loss, and a red one once your connection hits 5% or above. This means that info coming from you to us is incomplete, some of it is being lost along the way. If it hits red, you’re likely to see disconnects until we can isolate and replace or reboot the server that’s underperforming. When Server performance shows as orange, we’ve been alerted that there’s a problem. Watch out for these warnings on-screen, since they will give you the best indicator of what’s happening when you’re seeing a performance decrease in-game. Find out what to check if you’re getting timeouts, disconnects or other connection errors in Battlefield V.īattlefield V has a number of tools in-game to help you identify when something (your connection, our servers, your graphics performance) is not working as it should. Season 3 allows players to choose three different Assist types before the match. Another feature is the "Dramatic Finishes", special cutscenes that appear at the end of a fight depending on the characters involved and stage, related to events from the Dragon Ball series, which can be applied after using Standing Hard normal attack or Vanish (as of Season 2) as the finisher/combo ender. Once all seven are assembled and a player performs a light autocombo with maximum Ki, Shenron appears to grant a wish and allows players to choose one among the following benefits: give the fighter a second Sparkling Blast, revive a fallen ally, recover a fighter's health or regenerate health for the rest of the match. Specific Dragon Balls can be obtained by successfully performing a multi hit combo, with the amount of hits determining which ball is given. A random Dragon Ball will be given to a player that successfully performs a light autocombo. The game includes several other features, such as "Come on Shenron!", that allows players to gather the Dragon Balls one by one as the fight progresses. Lastly, players can "Ki Charge" to manually increase their Ki gauge, similar to previous Dragon Ball fighting games. The "Super Dash" flying attack will home in on the opponent's lead character and is able to pass through weaker projectiles. The "Dragon Rush" move can break through an opponent's guard and if successful, offers a choice between an aerial combo or forcing the opponent to switch to a different character. This has multiple uses, from bypassing enemy projectiles to moving quickly around the stage, or extending a combo. With the "Vanish Attack", the player can expend Ki to instantly teleport behind an opponent's character and strike them in the back. In addition to the unique moves of each character, players have several universal moves available. If neither team has been defeated before the time runs out, the team that has sustained the least damage overall wins. All three characters on the same team must be defeated for a player to win the game. Players can also call one of their other characters to perform an "Assist" move, allowing simultaneous attacks and combos with the entire team. One character is controlled and can be switched with one of the other characters at any time. Players each select three characters to form a team, from an initial roster of characters from the Dragon Ball franchise. Capcom series and the overall presentation is reminiscent of other Arc System Works games. The game was also a commercial success, having sold over 8 million copies worldwide as of 2021. The game's fighting system, character roster, visuals, story mode, and music were all highly praised while its online functionality was criticized. The game received positive reviews from critics, with many citing the game as one of the best fighting games released in the eighth generation of video game consoles. Based on the Dragon Ball franchise, it was released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows in most regions in January 2018, and in Japan the following month, and was released worldwide for the Nintendo Switch in September 2018.ĭragon Ball FighterZ involves the player picking a team of 3 playable characters and a unique assist for each, then fighting an AI or human opponent with their own team of 3 characters. Despite the fact that several different companies have emerged as respectable tuning tools manufacturers over the years, just a handful of them have been able to keep pace with the developments coming from manufacturers of vehicle ECUs. However, as all of you probably know, software develops incredibly quickly, so things in the tuning industry need to follow at the same pace. This is why ECU tuning tools have been around for about as long as software-controlled engines. They are used to access OEM ECUs, gather information from them and enter altered content that results in power or economy gains. Thanks for the help in advance Traffic - ? dont know which one as i have heard WOI and My Traffic.Īre there any other great add ons for P3D? I am looking for some advice on add ons that i either have or will purchase for p3d:įlightsim Commander - Is this still one of the better products to use or is there something better for P3D It seems after some research that P3D is really ready to go out of the box with minor tweaking compared to FSX. I am looking to buy p3d after a long break from FSX. So in summary, they're all good, but I seem to favor FS Commander with PFPX for "my" needs. FS Commander also now supports loading of FSGRW weather data which is nice to have if you want to get a more accurate depiction of your weather (assuming of course one is using FSGRW weather engine). If I'm doing a "standard" route using a PFPX supported commercial aircraft, then I'll use PFPX for planning. not a big deal, but other solutions like EFB have their own network module so no need for WideFS/FSUIPC. The only downside to FS Commander is that in a network setup it requires WideFS (aka part of FSUIPC). In many ways FS Commander is a lot like a GTN750 and/or other GPS units that can be used in an aircraft. I run FS Command, EFB remotely (networked). FS Commander keeps it more "open" and with FS Commander I can just fly and track (including AI) or can have it assume the controls and be the autopilot. PFPX is very in depth, but does seem to focus on commercial aircraft.ĮFB is good also, but I don't like how it forces you into "stages" of flight. FS Commander provides everything I need with the exception of fuel planning. Out of the 3 I use FS Commander 9.6 the most. I've got/use FS Commander (now 9.6 with recent update), EFB, PFPX. This means you can set up an opponent for an armbar, figure four, or any other submission move before locking it in and tapping them out. A/X targets the lower body, Y/▲ the head, and the other two the arms. To target a specific limb, you need to get your opponent in a front facelock (tap A/X) or on the ground, and then press RB/R1 and any of A/X, B/O, X/■, or Y/▲. If your submission finisher is an armbar, then it allows you to focus your attack on the arms and wear them down until just one finisher will do the job. This is where the limb targeting system comes into effect. The likes of Daniel Bryan, Ronda Rousey, and Samoa Joe all have primary finishers that are submissions, meaning gaining a pinfall victory is tough, and if you can't wear down the appropriate body part, then it will take multiple finishers to get the opponent in a position to tap. It can be frustrating when you use a superstar whose finisher is a submission move. Limb Targeting (Front facelock or grounded opponent) Once atop the Cell you can battle up there, but the best thing to do, especially if you are on the side with the commentary tables, is simply to throw your opponent back to the ground. You'll stop from time to time if you want to fight on the side, but tap LB/L1 again to climb all the way to the top. To do that you can either consistently whip your opponent into the same panel or use the "Escape Artist" OMG moment (RB +Y/R1+Triangle when prompted) if your superstar has it. The thing everyone wants to do these days is climb the cell itself, and of course you can still do that this year. Hell In A Cell is not quite the spectacle of blood and mayhem it used to be, but in WWE 2K19 you can still do a lot. However, the best way to use the ladder as a weapon is simply to jump off it and crush your opponent below, as long as your superstar has the "Ladder Daredevil" skill. This is perfectly legal in a ladder match where there are no disqualifications, but if you want to get really extreme, you can lean the ladder into the corner of the ring (LB + RB + LS Direction/L1 + R1 + LS Direction) and drive your opponent through it. The first is to simply hit your opponent with it (X/■). Using the ladder as a weapon is a good way to deal damage to your opponent, and you can do that in a couple of ways. With Money In The Bank and Tables, Ladders, & Chairs pay-per-views focusing on the ladder match it's vital that you understand how to climb up the ladder (LB/L1) and claim the prize at the top. Ladder matches are always a favorite, with both one-on-one and multi-person versions being key parts of the WWE Universe. The game will prompt you to activate your reversal (RT/R2) if you have one available, and timing it right can immediately put you back on the offensive. It can be tough to turn the tide in a match and the reversal system is there to help you. One of the most important factors in any WWE 2K19 match is timing your reversals. Laying in strikes and then hitting a grapple move is a good way to wear down your opponent and build toward a signature and finisher move that can put them away. With these controls you can pick up plenty of wins in standard matches. Tap X + LS Direction/Hold X + LS Direction Tap A + LS Direction/Hold A + LS Direction |
